By using pricechecker, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to comply with this Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach.

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including data privacy and IP laws)
- Access or monitor competitor systems without authorisation
- Scrape or extract data in a way that violates third-party terms
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass our systems or authentication measures
- Upload or distribute viruses, malware or harmful code
- Infringe on the rights of any person or organisation
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Engage in abusive, harassing, or unlawful activity
- Use our services to send spam or unauthorised marketing
2. Fair Use
Our platform is designed for business intelligence, not bulk scraping or abusive automation. We may throttle or restrict accounts that exceed reasonable usage or disrupt platform performance.
3. Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring your team follows best practices to protect account access.

4. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Suspension or termination of service
- Legal action or reporting to authorities (if required)

We may update this Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
